Honey only
Raw Honey
Raw honey comes straight from the honeycomb. The beekeeper will usually just filter the honey to remove small bits of debris, including pollen, beeswax, and parts of dead bees. They do not pasteurize the honey. Raw honey appears cloudy or opaque because it contains these extra elements.
Sage honey
Sage honey is a monofloral honey produced by honey bees by collecting and converting the nectar of the flowers found on the genus Salvia plants into honey.
Honey blend
A mixture of two or more honeys differing in floral source, colour, flavour, density or geographic origin.
